Service overview

Crackly provides tools for meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up review. Features may change over time and some features require an active plan. Reasonable usage limits may apply to selected plan windows, including limits on screenshot-analysis usage for shorter paid sessions.

Accounts and access

• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Do not share access tokens or attempt to access other user accounts.
• On 1-hour paid plans, screenshot analysis may be limited to up to 20 captures during the active session window.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse or security reasons.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service to violate platform rules, employer policies, or client agreements. See the Acceptable Use page for examples.
