Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Video Verifier at crackly-ai.com ("the service", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the service does

Video Verifier analyses videos you upload or link to and estimates whether they are real, AI-generated or manipulated, with the evidence behind that estimate. Results are produced automatically by software and can be wrong. A result is evidence to weigh, not a final or legal determination that a video is real or fake. Don't rely on it alone for decisions with serious consequences.

Your content

• Only upload or link to videos you're allowed to share for analysis.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal, to harass or harm anyone, or to analyse content that sexually exploits children. We report such content to the authorities.
• You keep all rights to your videos. You give us permission to process them only to provide the analysis. Uploaded videos are deleted automatically within 24 hours.

Accounts

You don't need an account for free scans or one-time runs. If you create one, keep your password safe and tell us at hello@crackly-ai.com if you think someone else has used it. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Free use and limits

Free scans are limited per day and per network, and the limits may change. Please don't try to get around them, for example with automated tools.

Payments and plans

• Prices are shown before you pay, in Indian rupees for visitors in India and US dollars elsewhere. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card details.
• One-time runs are for a single video (Deep Scan, full report and PDF). An unused run stays available on the browser or account that bought it.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• The service is digital and is available immediately after payment; nothing is shipped.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If a scan fails because of a problem on our side, its allowance is returned automatically.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made on the basis of a result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
