Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can to analyse videos, run free and paid plans fairly, and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data and we don't run advertising trackers.

Videos you check

• Uploaded files and downloaded copies of linked videos, plus the frames and audio we extract from them, are stored only for the analysis and deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Reports (the result, the evidence and, for links, the link and its public title) are kept so your report and any share link keep working. Shared reports never show an uploaded file, its name or its technical details.
• To help decide the final answer, a summary of the detector results is sent to an AI model provider. It never includes the video, frames, audio, links or file names.

Your browser and network

• A random device ID is kept in your browser's storage and a cookie, so free scans and one-time runs work without an account.
• To keep free limits fair, we store keyed hashes of your network address and browser details, not the raw values, and your country (to show prices in the right currency).

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password, handled by our authentication provider, Supabase. Sign-in emails (confirmation and password-reset codes) are sent through Amazon SES. Once you sign in, this browser's runs and reports are linked to your account so you can see them on any device.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive and keep the payment's status, amount, currency and Razorpay's reference IDs. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to us.

Where data is processed

Our servers and storage run on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India, with our database on Supabase. Our providers process data only to run the service for us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and browser storage needed for the service: the device ID and, if you sign in, your session. No advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account, your reports or your payment-linked records (except where we must keep payment records by law). Email hello@crackly-ai.com from the address on your account, or with a report link.
