Where do the clips come from?
The real clips were filmed by people who shared them on Wikimedia Commons under free licences. The AI clips come from two research datasets of videos made with tools like Sora, Veo, Kling, Runway, Hailuo and PixVerse. Every clip is credited below.
Did your detector train on these clips?
No. All of them come from the test set our video model never saw in training, and they were picked for looking realistic before we looked at its scores. The score shown is our video model alone; a full scan adds seven more checks.
How do I get better at spotting AI video?
Pause and look at hands, teeth and text; watch for motion that is too smooth or objects that change; and check where the video came from. When it matters, scan it: no one can reliably spot the best fakes by eye.
